This morning I’m Ridin’ Dirrrty and Reflecting on Romans 8:1-4 (from today’s Lent Reading)

Those daily little lies of Self Hatred are the very links in the chain that can keep me BOUND and rule my life. But not today.// Today I choose to live FREE, in the Spirit of Freedom that is Jesus. I will not be BOUND by what I think of myself, but will be set free through what God thinks of me.

Thanks for posting this today – it was exactly what I needed to hear. I'm bound by my anxiety and it feels like I have to fight it hourly each day. Even though I'm not sure how to practically live free while dealing with this it's comforting to be reassured that God wants something more for me in my life!

Ryan, my friend. Great to see you here. I miss hangin'. I'm with you. If I KNEW how to live Free, I would do it, but I don't So i keep coming back to Jesus and trusting that he does know how.
