		<description>3, 5 &amp; 8 are the ones I am giving particular attention to right now.  There are some exciting ventures developing but they won&#039;t create/develop themselves.  It does require regular, intentional investment on my part. Thanks for the the post Jarrett - brilliant stuff. Work for God not just your boss.  #9 is difficult to put into practice. Helping to grow your workers or co-workers even though some might take advantage.  You can&#039;t worry about that, can&#039;t control it either.  God didn&#039;t put limits on your education, neither should you. </description>
